pero... ¿Estaría interesado el Norte en convertirse en Sur?

I've been thinking about possible political changes for so long, about master plans that would help the entire society to reach a better economical situation; I've been dreaming about the end of corruption, about the triumph of the nature over men's obstinacy for so long... that I've already started to believe that it would be easier to turn the North into the South, but... Would the North be interested in becoming the South?
